Although, as I said in my review of the PC version, you rarely feel all that evil. Ostensibly, this is a game about being the bad guy. Lair builders have a lot of dragging and dropping, and you’ll want to zip around the place fast – all of which are far easier with a mouse under-hand.īut it’s fair to say that Rebellion Developments have done a pretty smashing job with Evil Genius 2. It’s more about how much can be accomplished with a mouse and keyboard versus a controller with, what, 10 buttons and a d-pad. While the hardware is arguably less powerful, that’s not really the issue.
It can’t be easy to port a game like Evil Genius 2: World Domination from PC to console.
