The eyeliner itself looks like one of those gel pencil liners, it is quite thick. I do find the winder is quite hard to use as you can wind it for a bit before it starts to come up. The packaging is very slim and great for travelling with. The pencil winds up at the top which is nice, you aren't going to accidentally wind it up. The lid fits on really tightly so nothing is going to dry out. It is a dark purple plastic packaging with the silver words and stars on it, quite pretty. The packaging of this is very nice a sleek. It is really dark so if you wear black often then this won't be too much of a variation from that. The shade Tetra is a really dark purple with a wee bit of shimmer in it. I was looking to bring a bit of colour to my makeup collection and I find eyeliner a really easy way to jazz up a simple look. When I picked up my Stila In the Moment palette one of the things that drew me to it was that it came with a purple eyeliner (named Tetra). Overall, its an okay eyeliner, but i'm not that impressed and won't be repurchasing. At least on my eyelid, it lasts longer so that something But i cant smudge it to give me the look i want, even though this is supposed to be a smudge pencil. When i use it to line above my eyelashes, it also looks good, it applies easily and gives my the exact look that i want. On my waterline, this product goes on pigmented which is great, and looks great when i leave the house, but it disappears quickly, leaving an ever so slight panda eye, and that's just not a look i go for. However, on my waterline is a completely different story. I almost lost my mind i was so impressed. THe swatch stayed on my arm all day without budging. It was creamy, smooth, pigmented and long-lasitng.

When i first swatched this product, i was in awe. My favourite kind of pencil, because even though there is less product in it compared to a normal pencil, it saves time, and the hassle of finding a matching sharpener. It comes in a plastic thin cylinder, with a retractable pencil. The colour i got was damsel, which is a beautiful dark chocolate brown, which can almost look black in some lights, but it is not. Now, I’ve created it with the Instant Brightening Waterline Pencil, my number one beauty tip.I was lucky enough to get this eyeliner with my Stila in the light palette, and i am so grateful, because this wouldn't have been a product i would have picked out for myself. "I’ve been searching for the perfect clean waterline pencil ever since. "I distinctly remember the first time a makeup artist used a nude pencil along my waterline, I looked instantly polished and like I’d had 8 hours sleep (far from it!)," VB said on her Instagram video. She was using her new Instant Brightening Waterline Pencil. However, while we were scrolling through our feeds, our thumbs paused at a post from Victoria Beckham, who reminded us of a quick yet super-effective makeup hack to instantly make you look wide awake.

And even with the best eye creams, sometimes the skin around our eyes can become inflamed with redness. Whether it's puffy eyes, dehydration lines or dark circles, sometimes there's just no escaping when you've not had enough shut-eye. If you have a bad night's sleep, the eyes are usually the place that show it.

They say that the eyes are the windows to the soul, but they're often the window to how much we've slept, too.
